She is a Just capitalist and strong business leader with a passion for changing workplace culture. She is passionate about good mental health and emotional wellbeing on a daily basis. Carol Ann is also a former captain of the Ireland Women’s Rugby team,  is currently CEO of I AM HERE, and a strong advocate of equal rights.
